However, cookies are used to ensure that they are returned to the same server that they originally logged into. These types of Cookies are generated by the sites load-balancer and contain no security or user information. If you choose not to accept these cookies, assess to the IE-Engine application will not be accessible.

Log Files

Like many standard web site servers, we use log files. These files include internet protocol (I.P.) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (I.S.P.), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track customers' movements in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IE-Engine does not use tools to track down and monitor specific IPs generally, however, for site security purposes IE-Engine reserves the right to use these logs for investigative purposes.

With Whom Do We Share Our Information?

IE-ENGINE does not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others in the normal course of its business. We share the personal data you provide online with other IE-ENGINE entities and/or business partners who are acting on our behalf for the uses described above. IE-ENGINE is committed to ensuring the security of your information. All information transmitted between clients and the IE-Engine site is encrypted and is protected by 128 bit Entrust Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates. To verify data transmission security, a lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, as when users are just "surfing". Notification to Customers of Changes in Our Privacy Policy

If, however, we are going to use customers' personally identifiable information in a manner that is materially different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify customers via email or by posting a notice on the web site for 30 days before the change is implemented.

Notification Of Prosecution

Unauthorized access of the IE-Engine site is strictly prohibited. All activity on the IE-Engine site is monitored and logged. In the event of unauthorized access IE-Engine may effect Civil or Criminal Prosecution.
