Partner Solutions Representative
Reporting through the Support and Services Organization
- Woburn, Massachusetts
Position Summary:
A full time position responsible for adhering to project requirements based on project plans and activities for partner events ensuring customer satisfaction of the testing and acceptance of the project.
Primary Responsibilities
- Based on project schedule and requirements, modify templates as directed.

Build and configure event content based on partner requirements.

Ensure event reports are provided to partner contact(s) within required timeframes.

Prepare status reports as directed.
Submit timesheets on a timely basis.

Actively participate in user acceptance testing of new releases.
Position Requirements
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills. Ability to work as a team member or independently on projects with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Self-motivated and enjoy challenges and problem solving. Must be willing to multi-task and enjoy diversity in roles.

Technologically savvy and able to learn new applications quickly.

Bachelor’s degree required.
